Per Sekse
President 

Per's unrivaled experience as a senior executive and entrepreneur spans a storied and illustrious career with over 35 years in finance, risk management, insurance and capital markets, most recently as CEO of two startup companies. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Per held roles in derivatives trading and investment banking at Manufactures Hanover/Chemical Bank, commodity trading at Brandeis Brokers and Enron, and reinsurance and asset management as CIO and board member for the Imagine Group. Per earned his BA in economics from Colgate University​.

Mark Kujawski

Chief Technology Officer

Mark has a penchant for innovation and a passion for technology. During his time in the Performance Materials division at BASF, he specialized in the formulation, processing and testing of new thermoplastic polyurethane resin chemistries for advanced applications. He also previously founded a startup company called Smart Composites focused on producing electrically-conductive elastomers for sensing and actuation.

 

Mark was an Academic Fellow at DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) and interned at the Air Force Research Labs. He completed his post-doctoral work at the University of Maryland where he also received his PhD in materials science and engineering. Mark also has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Central Michigan University.

Marc Imbrogno
Vice President - Sales

Marc has deep experience leading technical sales & new concept development activities.  These strengths are a product of diverse leadership roles in large OEM & Key Account management, sales / marketing management, technology management, and product development.  He has a passion for recognizing opportunities to create value at the customer level by developing an end-to-end understanding of the value chain, and then conceiving focused initiatives to realize that value. 
 

Marc has a solid background working in cross-functional collaborative environments.  Past project involvement includes qualification projects with CALTRANS, CRADA’s with various universities / NIST / US Army Corps of Engineers, and technical development programs with General Dynamics Land Systems, US ARMY TACOM, and others.  Marc holds a BS in Chemistry / Polymer Science from the University of Akron.  He is also an active contributor to both ACMA & SPE.
